Cancellation Policy

Please come prepared to any scheduled meeting with information about your business or project, and your needs as far as needed services. Please arrive on time to your appointment, with no distractions! Free initial consults are only 15 minutes, so let's make the best of this time with no distractions. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 12 hours of your appointment. Failure to contact us within 1 hours of cancelation may result in an inability to reschedule or schedule another appointment in the future, although some exceptions may be made. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule at info@retrovioletstudios.com in order to avoid repercussions for late cancellation or no-shows. Future meetings beyond free consults may be subject to additional consultation fees, which will be disclosed, agreed to, and invoiced before scheduling. Future consultation fees which have been paid will not be refunded in cases of missed meetings, unless cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours by you or a representative of your business/project, or if cancelled or rescheduled by a representative of Retro Violet Studios.
